From Vision to Reality: The Display Apartment at Breathe Residences Now Open
BREATHE Alderley has reached an important milestone, with the official opening of its display apartment, offering a first opportunity to experience the project in a fully realised form.
Delivered by CapPru and GuavaLime, in collaboration with Loucas Zahos Architects and GEOCAL Constructions, BREATHE is a multi-residential project defined by a softer, more restrained architectural approach. The display apartment forms part of the Linen Collection, an elevated offering comprising the final release of three-bedroom homes within the development, defined by a more refined and pared-back material and spatial palette.
Positioned in Alderley, the development responds to its suburban context through a balance of privacy, openness, and landscape integration. BREATHE is designed to offer a more relaxed and grounded residential experience, while still maintaining proximity to key amenity and transport connections.
With construction continuing on site, the display apartment provides an early opportunity to experience the design and spatial qualities of the project firsthand.
